    • Training goal: Back to old strength, endurance & flexibilitT
    • Training location: Gym or outdoor (free choice)
    • Period: No fixed period
    • Time investment: 1 x 60 min. personal training per week
    • Money investment: From 85€ / hour

    • Target group: Middle-aged men & women
    • Training goal: Back to the old feel-good figure
    • Training location: Gym or outdoor (your choice)
    • Period: 12 weeks or 3 months
    • Time investment: 2 x 60 Min. personal training per week
    • Money investment: 2.350€ (once or in installments)
